Generations of Love

My great-grandma Leveline had many, many talents and hobbies. She loved to bake wedding cakes, collect dolls, visit flea markets, make candy, and she always loved to spoil mommy with mcnuggets from McDonald's. She hand-made a very special gift for me before I even arrived. She crocheted a sweet bonnet, sweater, and booties. Although I won't get a chance to meet my great-grandma, I know her and all the love she gave through my Mimi and mommy. :)

Wow.... this made me cry. Mom would have loved to have known you Sydney. This was the last thing she ever crocheted and she wanted it to be for your mommy's first baby. I have a feeling that she is watching over you sweet girl. This is a very special picture that I will treasure. (Thanks Katie.) Love, Mimi

Great-Grandmas are very happy when great grandchildren are born. What joy when your children's children bring a new generation to the world. Give Mimi a big hug and tell her I'm thinking of her.
