My mommy went back to school today. While she returns to her third graders, I get to spend my days with Mimi.... hooray! At one point in the drop-off process, Mommy AND Mimi were crying. The only things that soothed my mommy's tears were my bright smile, all the hugs from friends, and an entire box of Puffs Plus.

I know it was very hard for your mommy to come back to work, but I am so glad to have my friend back with me during the day. You will have to give her extra snuggles when she gets home from now on and be on your best behavior!
Your mom won't cry everyday, it will get easier on her. Just have the puffs handy on days that she has to go back after a break (I find those days to be hard for some reason). My mom tells me that she loves me more after spending a day with her other kids!! I have a christmas gift for you at my house, I am waiting for you to come over an play. Miss you!
kisses,
Connor
Sydney and Mommy,
Absence makes the heart grow fonder...its true!
Enjoy the time that you do have together and remember even if the dishes are stacked in the sink and the clothes need to be washed you will always find time for that but always remember that the most important thing on your list is to play with each other and enjoy!
I love you both during this tough time,
Brooke
Dear Daddy,
Yes dear this one is for you...I know this is tough for you too as you have had both your girls there with you and you can cry too! You get to do the dishes and cook dinner every couple days so Mommy and Sydney can get in their routine.
Love to you,
Brooke
