The Beach??!!

When my parents suggested that we go the beach tonight, I thought to myself, "Whoo hooo!! I can't wait to ride the waves and show off my bikini!". Not so long after, I realized they were just talking about the Holiday Fest at the local "beach" waterpark. I didn't need my bikini... I needed my hat, gloves, fleece snowsuit, and two whole layers of garments to protect me from the 30 degree weather. We met our wonderful friends Kelly, Justin, Nicholas, and Brooks for a very fun evening of holiday lights, sled-riding, train-watching, and petting farm animals!

Shake, Rattle & Roll

New View

Everything around me looks so different when I sit up! I can't sit up by myself just yet, so I use my Bebe pod to help. I am in full concentration mode... ummmm how do I get it this thing to spin??!!

Not the Only One

I wasn't the only one that loved my Christmas gifts... Sadie did too. It only took her a few hours to finish this bone and a few seconds to destuff her squeaky toys. She was one happppy doggy!

Thank You

My First Christmas was nothing short of spectacular! I just couldn't believe it when Santa sent his elves to drop off a train for my cousins, Papa, and I. Santa even wrote us a special letter that made my mom's eyes tear up. Thank you, thank you, thank you to my family for all of the generous, wonderful gifts. Although I slept through most of the day, my mom and dad captured many photos to help me remember! :)

Fine Dining

Tonight's Christmas Eve celebration with Mimi, Papa, and Great Aunt Sue took place at Morton's steakhouse. I'm really hoping this becomes a tradition because my mom and dad were talking about the exceptionally scrumptious meal allll the way home!

As Santa checks his list twice, fills the sleigh with presents and gives the reindeer a final pep talk, I got all dressed up for a Christmas Eve lunch.

Second Generation Posse

My mom and seven of her closest friends make up a "posse" that dates all the way back to high school. Some of the posse traditions include a trip in the summer and holiday dinner/gift exchange in the winter. I have officially become the newest (and youngest) member of the posse! We celebrated the 10th annual Posse Christmas Dinner last night. I scored some awesome loot... a new snuggly, super adorable outfit from Emily and an absolutey precious dress from Stacy. :)

Wish List

Dear Santa,
I have been a veeeery good girl all of the 12 weeks I've been around this year. Keep this mind when viewing my wish list. I really tried to narrow it down and put it in the order of priority.

All I want for Christmas is:
1. Hair on the top of my head
2. Diapers that don't make the #2 business go up my back
3. A tooth
4. A saddle for riding golden retrievers

Heirloom

This cradle is a family heirloom. My mommy, Uncle Doug, Uncle Greg, and my cousins slept in this cradle when they were 'lil ones. It is very special and perfect for some shut-eye!

#1 Dad

My daddy is the best. He works really hard all day and then plays with me at night. When he travels, I miss him but I know that he's just trying to "bring home the bacon". I am lucky to have such an awesome dad!

Anniversary

My mom and dad are celebrating their anniversary today. Love is in the air! They always talk about what an incredible, amazing day it was!!

People always wonder whether I look like my mom or my dad, but I don't think I look like either of them. In my opinion, I see a striking resemblance to the famous fellow below. What do you think? :)

Domestic Diva

If I am ever going to learn to cook, I'd like to practice on this super chic kitchen set. I can just imagine all of the casseroles, pot roasts, and baked goods that I could whip up in this snazzy kitchen! The only downfall is the $700 price tag... I better start saving now because I've only got about $2.42 in my piggy bank.

I Found My Thumb!

My cousins, Natalie and Libby, have asked me to join a very exclusive thumb-sucking club and I happily agreed. My thumb is the perfect replacement for that tricky binky. I just can't seem to figure out how to put the binky back in once it slips out....

Not Quite a Ponytail

I've been letting my hair grow for the past 11 weeks, so that I can put it in a pretty bow. Today was the day!!
